Twenty Four Arizona Cities, and a Different Water Problem in Each One

Pick your city. Every page covers what actually fails there, why the local conditions make it worse, and how our coverage works at that address. No two of these pages say the same thing, because no two of these cities break the same way.

Maricopa County

Twenty One Cities on 24 Hour Emergency Response

Worked from our north Phoenix office, with the phone answered around the clock. Drive times vary across a metro this size and we will tell you yours honestly when you call.

Central Phoenix

Seventy years of housing stock stacked in one city, from galvanized supply lines to brand new slab construction.

East Valley

Dense multifamily where losses migrate between units, wash runoff off the hillsides, and seasonal homes where the water gets weeks rather than hours.

Southeast Valley

Newer construction that fails at fittings rather than pipe, plus flood irrigation still running across the old agricultural land.

West Valley

The widest spread in the state. Sixty year old plumbing in Sun City, brand new builds in Buckeye, and a heavy industrial corridor in between.

North Valley

Well systems, septic tanks and desert washes on large lots, where a failure can run for days before anybody walks past it.

Beyond the metro

Three Markets We Cover on Schedule Rather Than on Sirens

These sit between sixty and a hundred and forty five miles from our office. We will not tell you a truck is twenty minutes out when it plainly is not, and each of these places has conditions the Valley simply does not.

Flagstaff is the only market on this list with a real freeze line, so burst pipes, ice damming and snowmelt lead there rather than slab leaks and condensate. Tucson brings adobe and masonry that hold moisture on a completely different curve from Valley drywall. Wickenburg runs on wells and septic systems well outside city infrastructure.

Your City Not on the List?

Call anyway. The Valley has a lot of unincorporated pockets and county addresses that do not sit neatly inside a city boundary, and plenty of them are well within reach.
