The terms covering estimates, scheduling, payment, drying standards and the text message program for DYW Water Restoration customers.

The on-site evaluation we offer is free and comes with no obligation to hire us. Any pricing discussed verbally or in writing during that evaluation is based on the conditions visible and known at that time. Additional damage discovered once work begins, such as hidden moisture or structural issues behind walls or under flooring, may change the final scope and cost, and we will communicate that before proceeding.
We do our best to arrive within the window we communicate to you. Emergency and active water situations are prioritized ahead of routine scheduling, which may occasionally affect timing for non-emergency appointments. We will keep you informed if a scheduled time needs to shift.
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work unless we have agreed to different terms in writing, such as direct billing to an insurance carrier. Ask us about available payment options before work begins if you have questions.
Structural drying is considered complete when moisture readings in the affected materials return to levels consistent with a dry structure, not simply when the area looks or feels dry to the touch. We document these readings throughout the job. Where a job involves mold remediation, containment and remediation follow the scope outlined for that job, and post-remediation conditions are based on visual inspection and moisture verification rather than laboratory clearance testing unless that has specifically been arranged.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and texts from DYW Water Restoration related to your service request, including scheduling and appointment updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or call (602) 497-0039. The consent language in our Privacy Policy applies to all text communications.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please give us as much notice as possible by calling (602) 497-0039. Repeated last-minute cancellations for non-emergency work may affect future scheduling priority.
We carry out our work using industry standard practices and equipment. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, conditions unknown or not reasonably discoverable at the time of service, or issues arising from a customer declining recommended work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you request service is the one that applies.
Questions about these terms can be directed to (602) 497-0039 or through our contact page.
